Chris McNaboe - CEO/ Founder

Since 1979 Chris has worked to develop a dynamic team of professionals to create person-centered opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. She believes our job is to empower staff to forge great days for those we support, which lead to great lives for all. Partnering with our local community is vital to all of our shared life goals. Chris serves as VP of Thread City Development, a member of the Mansfield School building committee and President of Big Pond Preservation Association.
